Privacy Policy
How we collect, use, and protect information you share with us.

1. What we collect
When you contact us or apply to join the community, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, email, company, title, and the content of your inquiry. We also record limited technical signals about the submission: referring page, IP address, and user-agent string. This helps us prevent abuse and understand how the site is used.
2. Why we collect it
We use your information to respond to contact inquiries, evaluate community and partnership requests, coordinate events, and — with your consent — send you occasional updates about what we're building. We do not sell your information.
3. How we store it
Submissions are stored in Supabase (US-East-2), encrypted at rest, and protected by row-level security policies that restrict access to authorized staff only. Access is logged.
4. Who we share it with
We use a small set of trusted processors to operate the site and respond to you. Your information may be shared with:
- Clarify CRM — to track inquiries and sales operations
- Resend — to deliver transactional email
- Slack — for internal team notifications
- Vercel — site hosting and cookieless analytics
These processors act on our behalf under confidentiality obligations. We do not authorize them to use your information for their own marketing.
5. Retention
We keep contact records until you request deletion, or until a submission becomes stale. Records with no activity for 24 months are anonymized.
6. Cookies
This site uses only essential cookies and cookieless analytics (Vercel Analytics). We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site trackers, or third-party marketing pixels.
7. Your rights
You can request access to the information we hold about you, correct inaccuracies, or ask us to delete it. Email privacy@socialexec.co and we will respond within 30 days.
